Booking a Powered Site Torrumbarry Weir

If you're rolling in with the van or a camper trailer, a powered site Torrumbarry Weir gets you set up fast. Back in, plug in, done. No mucking around with generators or rationing your battery for the fridge overnight. We've got sites that suit anything from a pop-top to a bigger family van, and if you need a bit more room to swing the annexe out, just mention it when you call.

Most people ask us the same couple of things before they book, so let's cover them here. Yes, the powered site Torrumbarry Weir hookup is standard 15amp, which covers your fridge, lights, charging gear and the kettle without tripping anything. There are no ensuite sites here, so the amenities blocks are the walk. There are two of them, with private shower cubicles, and one is close to the pool end of the park.

The park sits right by the weir, so once you're set up it's an easy wander down to the water for a fish or just to watch the pelicans work the current. Evenings here are quiet, the river red gums along the bank do a good job of blocking the wind, and there's usually a few other travellers happy to swap notes over a drink. Bring insect repellent in the warmer months, the mozzies near the water can be persistent.

Booking is straightforward: book online, or email stay@twhp.com.au, and let us know if you need a site near the amenities or one a bit further out for some extra quiet. We'll do our best to match you up. Sites go quick around long weekends and school holidays, so if you've got dates locked in, don't leave it too late. Otherwise, contact the park directly and we'll talk you through what's free and what'll suit your rig best.
