Swimming Pool

The Torrumbarry Weir swimming pool

It's a simple unheated pool, but the kids love it.

It's one pool, in-ground, fenced and gated, starting shallow and sloping down to two metres at the far end. Pool signage is up. Families and kids use it, and it isn't staffed with a lifeguard, so it's on the grown-ups in your group to keep watch.

The Torrumbarry Weir swimming pool runs over summer only, open 9am to 9pm, and shuts for winter each year since it's not heated. During busy periods it gets cleaned daily. There's no pool furniture, no chairs, tables or umbrellas, so bring your own towels. Floats are fine to bring in. Right beside the pool there's an open grassed area good for a kick of the footy or a game, and a playground and sandpit are close by too. It sits near the powered sites. There's no water slide and no splash park here, just the pool itself.

School holidays and other peak weeks over summer mean the pool gets busy too. Email Torrumbarry Weir Holiday Park first with any questions, and save the phone for the day you're actually here.
